June was a good month. I started down and while I think I might have gained a bit my overall average weight for the month was less than it has been. I think that's a loss.

I need to come up with a good exercise plan for July. My fitbit isn't working anymore and the situation with the new one, well, it's been returned. So, I have nothing to track my daily steps. But, really do I need that?

I joined Lift pulmonary rehab and will see how that goes. Will be adding some "goals" along that line.

Good to report that BP is down this month and blood sugar average too.
