June Review and July Goals

For June my first goal was to exercise at least ten minutes a day. My second goal was to do cardio five times a week, strength training three times a week, and yoga three times a week. My third goal for June was to take a walk at a local park I’ve never been to before. My fourth goal was to drink more water. I did not do well in June. I started off the first two weeks of the month great. I was meeting all my goals. Then I went out of town, and after that I was sick, and I just kind of went into a funk and quit working on my goals. I am better now, though, and I have started off July well. So I am going to keep the same goals for July, and I will do better this month!
