I'm participating in the 2019 Summer 5% Challenge as a Firecracker.
My exercise goals for this challenge are:
10,000 steps or more a day
strength training of some type each day
stretch each day
use inversion table 3-4 times a week
My eating commitment is to follow a whole food, plant based way of eating.
