Hi all, had a great day, hope you all did as well.
Stuck to my goals.
Just need to string together multiple days of CONSISTANCY!
Work as an ICU RN, and when “ all hell breaks loose”-I want sugar!!! Also, work nights which makes me feel like eating junk at 3am?
Anybody out there have any tips/tricks on curbing these behaviours??
