I've been mostly "good" on this journey and the weight is coming off. My clothes are a couple sizes smaller. I have more energy and flexibility. Recently, the weight loss has slowed to a CRAWL. I DON'T want to give up. I only have 4 pounds to my first big goal (or 6 pounds, depending on what my scales says each day.) I still track everything I put in my mouth after weighing and measuring it. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week and increase my weights when appropriate. I'm NOT slacking but I sure feel like my scale it. I wavered at the same weight for a month and I'm getting discouraged and I don't WANT to get discouraged. Logically, I KNOW this is normal---just keep at it and it will eventually come off. But, geesh, I'm getting impatient! Sure don't want to eat something unhealthy or high calorie and just say "the hell with it!" Please stop me!
