My first weight loss goal is off to a nice start :)
I've just been trying to make better choices and not buy processed foods, stuff like that. I'm not tracking calories right now, just trying to improve my eating in general. And I'm trying to drink 3 of my 24 oz Contigo water bottles everyday. It definitely felt good to move the tracker down. I'm falling asleep but just wanted to say hi and that I'm making some progress.
