Here is the truth....
I really don't care if I lose weight.
there I said it. That is the truth.
I would like my blood sugar under control and in healthy range
I would like to fit into the size 18 clothing
I would like to tone my stomach which has a a few inches of solid fat when I grab it.
Maybe if I quit focusing on the scale and on the amount of exercise I do daily, and instead concentrate on the NSVs I want to achieve maybe I will have better luck because I AM actually motivated to reach those goals. Whereas-- the thought of reaching lower numbers is nice but honestly I have been at this range since 2016. the numbers don't bother me for the first time in my life.

Does focusing on NSV help motivate you to reach your optimum size?
