Eating in the EDR

That is my lunch yesterday. The crusted chicken was yummy and hopefully they serve it more often.
The quinoa along with the cauliflower and onions mixture needed some more flavor.
I had dinner break around 5pm.
The sausage had a little spicy kick to it. The tofu with peppers, onions and mushrooms were slightly over cooked.
Overall most employees seemed happy with yesterday's food. It was a big improvement from a burnt lasagna dinner that we had a couple nights ago.
Right now it's almost 7:30am, so I will head down for breakfast...probably just grab yogurt and English muffin because I am not really all that hungry.
☆EDIT☆ Good thing that I wasn't starving this morning because the regular breakfast cook had the day off, so eggs and bacon were late today. I am assuming that they forgot to schedule someone to cover the breakfast cook's day off.
