Changing My Morivation

Sunday, July 28, 2019

This past week I have learned difficult lessons, which give me some new perspective on my life. Each time I think I am okay with or have accepted another part of my Mother’s ending journey there is something new and more challenging to face.

It’s hard to understand the obstacles one faces that seem to unfold in a harrowing way. Or look at the bright side of every situation. But, coming from the last 4 months of difficult choices and realizations with my Mother, I have learned to channel a new motivation for myself. Which involves my story, my journey?

I think we all need an event, or circumstance to fire our motivation. Wherever we pull that from perhaps is the bright side of each situation. Which in turn motivates me to change my outcome and not stay in the obese class? I have lost 45 pounds and I do not want to gain that back under any circumstances. So I want to use that to fuel my next 45 pound loss going forward.
