I want to share with you a message I sent my sister in law when she was struggling with staying on track. This can be applied to many.

"First of all you don't suck and you weren't 'bad' get rid of those words when talking about yourself on this journey. You just didn't stay on plan and that is ok. You didn't gain this weight over night, you aren't going to find your rhythm over night either. The weekend is over, today has been done can't change it so no sense in beating yourself up over it. That won't do anything but make you feel sh*tty about yourself and we feel that way enough of the time as it is. When we feel poorly about ourselves we tend to lean on food. Let's focus on tracking everything you eat today and making it a better day."
