My never ending story

Wednesday, July 31, 2019

We Just met with the prosecutor to be prepared for court tomorrow and as expected if #2 shows up he will be spending 6 weeks in jail for violating his probation which was more time served than what he did to my daughter. Once that time is completed the attorney, prosecutor, probation officer and judge has a preliminary meeting to schedule his next sentencing which delays our closure to all of this even longer. Sentencing is still on for #3 as scheduled for tomorrow at 11 and his time in jail counts towards the 10 months he is given so he will be out at the beginning of the year. Amazes me how #3 that violated her the worst, and violated his ppo and his bond which he was sent back in jail for counts as time served. When #2 was to have the time he served in jail his only jail time and he gets 6 weeks additional for a probation violation and #3 was hanging out at our house and gets no additional time. More therapy, more out of pocket expenses and more staying in the system. I want closure!!!!
