July Review and August Goals

For July my first goal was to exercise at least ten minutes a day. I did well, exercising 26 days of the month. I want to keep the same goal for August.

My second goal was to do cardio five times a week, strength training three times a week, and yoga three times a week. I was a few exercise sessions short, but I mostly accomplished that goal. I will keep this goal the same for August, too. This is the schedule I made out for myself in order to reach this goal:

My third goal for July was to take a walk at a local park I’ve never been to before. I did not accomplish that goal. I will aim to do that in August.

My fourth goal was to drink more water. I did not do well on this goal, but I will work on it for this month.

I am going to add a new goal for August, too. I want to get at least 500 exercise minutes for the month. I did this last month, so I can do it again.
