Day 13 - Keeping the momentum

I don't have the initial urge to write anymore for motivational or emotional reasons, but still want to keep track of my efforts and progress, what really works and what doesn't.
What really works for me is being happy, relaxed, forgiving and self-centered. Knowing all the rules, what to eat, how much and when to eat, how much to exercise, and so on, is not news to anyone, we all know and have so much information. It is really keeping those rules, following a sensible diet and exercise regime, and being diligent about it is what is hard. That is why only when we are emotionally balanced and are happy and confident, we are able to follow a clear path. The mental clarity brings clarity to our plans and actions. That is why this time around I have decided and am sticking to making myself happy, pampering my emotional and spiritual world. It works!
Today's goal is keeping the momentum of positive thinking going, and not letting the excitement cool down. I exercised 40 min in the morning, will most probably also swim later in the day or go for a walk.
Today's diet consists of eggs&berries 4-5 times throughout the day, plenty of water and coffee/tea. I like my coffee with half&half, and don't want to worry about 40-50 extra calories there.
