Second Cut Underway!

So I successfully lost 10kg from Feb-May whoop!
Since then I have successfully maintained that weight double whoop!
I have done a competition and am now training for a novice meet in October which is exciting!
But I am also doing my second cut with the RP diet to try and get my weight down to the next weight class - training to peak for my meet and eating at a deficit is definitely difficult but I am determined so HERE WE GO!
I have been consistently losing about 1kg per week so hopefully I can keep that momentum up and hit my goals! In terms of my meet - my lifting goals are just not to bomb out and as I am attempting to lose around 12-14kg in 12 weeks I am very likely to lose some strength which will suck a$$ but I am prepared for it so that helps (sort of haha).
