Here I ago again on my...own?

Wednesday, August 07, 2019

Well, last blog was my being fired.. I found a new one, 40hrs at 4 days a week, $16/hr, so we're dong fine, but my foot isnt. i have plantar fasciitis.

We've been stuck on a plateau for the longest time and I'm thinking it's time to go back to a more vegetarian diet, like before, with meat for dinner or as lunch meat in a sandwich for lunch.

I experimented for dinner today! Peeled zucchini, broccoli, diced peppers, cooked in butter, turmeric, salt, onion, and season salt, with ground beef (smells amazing,.....tasted it, too)..yes we usually do chicken and ground turkey, but I didnt get the turkey this time, the intent was for 3lbs for random taco nights cuz ground turkey doesnt taste as great to husband...inside of a taco

side being cold zucchini, cucumber, shallots, broccoli, chick peas, shredded cheese, and creamy italian dressing

New job - yeah you! Plantar fasciitis is really painful - had it for years and so glad I finally got relief from it. Hoping you do too soon as it makes walking so difficult. A recumbent bike was very helpful to get exercise. Good luck.
