Follow-Up Day at the Doctor
Tuesday, August 13, 2019
Headed out about 10 for my doctor appointment and then proceeded to wait for about 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another 45+ after the initial stats were taken by the assistant. I just shrugged it off and used the time to do some Sparking and other emails. The outcome of the appointment:

Three months to get my other tests/procedures done.

Make an appointment with a sports injury doctor to see about other exercises and possibility of cortisone injections for the inflammation and pain in the knee.

Script for 8 weeks of massage therapy!

Down 2 lb since last visit!

Blood pressure was at a very nice low instead of wavering to be too high!

Work steadily on removing more carbs to assist healthy levels/functions remain with things like cholesterol and kidneys.

And of course the unspoken need---lose weight.
Once home I finally got through the new bank stuff that had been coming in the mail. Got the new debit cards activated and most of the auto pay accounts switched to withdraw from the new account. Still waiting on the loan piece, but I know the last needed info was given to the underwriter this afternoon.
Tomorrow morning I'm getting Isaac up early to get to the dump about 8. I have a webinar at 10 on Special Ed and the school year. Isaac is supposed to spend time with Patrick which allows me alone time at home. He then goes with Meg at 5:30-8 for therapy and youth group. I have another client plan to finish writing and laundry to tackle. Should be a nice day.
