Slipped up a little on the carbs, but no junk food!!
well, i did have pizza on saturday if that counts as junk food.
but no candy chips cookies or anything like that.
i did have bread on friday night and cereal and oatmeal over the weekend.
i know i ate more than i should have but yesterday we had bbq ribs and chicken with veggie kabobs and zucchini on the grill.
got up early and got to the track, walked around town as well, and got in almost 5 miles before 10 am.
gonna start working on doing this at least 3 or 4 times per week.
not sure if its making a difference scale wise....havent had the courage to get back on in a week....but it feels good and makes me feel successful regardless of the scale.
would like to see something to show for it.
