personal challenge for the ABSoluetely Awesome Autumn BL

This is a 10 minute AB workout I found on youtube that I think is doable. I am going to try doing it 5x this week starting today (even though the challenge doesn't start until tomorrow there's no time like the present to get started). Let me know if any of you challenge yourself to do it, what you like and what you didn't like. I know for me it's a struggle getting on the floor (for one my dog thinks it's play time and won't leave me alone)!
