August Review and September Goals

These were my goals for August:
-Exercise at least ten minutes a day
-Do cardio five times a week, strength training three times a week, and yoga three times a week
-Take a walk at a local park I’ve never been to before
-Drink more water
-Get at least 500 exercise minutes for the month.
I only reached one of those goals, which was to get at least 500 exercise minutes for the month. So even though I didn’t exercise as many days as I wanted to, I still exercised for a good total amount of time.
My goals for September will have to be different because I had surgery a few days ago. I have to rest after that, plus I’m not allowed to do strength training for an entire month. I’m supposed to just focus on walking. So my only goal for September will be to walk at least 25 days this month.
