Home at last.

After 3.5 months tripping around Australia I am back in Invercargill (New Zealand). Time now to start unpacking all the stuff I brought from Alexandra and dumped in my son's garage before I left for my extensive holiday. You know - all that "precious" stuff that you can't bear to part with for sentimental reasons. My son probably looked at the pile of junk and thought it would be better off at the refuse centre (dump). Also back into a more regimented eating schedule, it's been difficult to manage while away from home. I decided to just go with the flow and eat what was placed in front of me within reason. I thought all the gym work I did would take care of it but still managed to put on a few pounds so a readjustment is overdue. I have joined a bowling club 3 blocks from home and they are a good friendly bunch so something to look forward to a few times each week. I also re-joined my old golf club so keenly anticipating 18 holes tomorrow, if the weather plays ball. I have set up my rower and weights in the large attic upstairs and put in 30 minutes yesterday so that's a positive start. I hope you are all enthusiastically pursuing your goals and enjoying life. Cheers!
