A new day. I didn't sleep much last night and got up early. I long to nap or sleep in or something. I need no I will get to the gym sometime today to work abs and upper body. I do not look forward to it honestly but I will do it because I need to and as time goes on I pray I don't dislike upper body workouts as much.
I am still sore on my lower body. I got up to pee like 4 times last night. I think my body is just getting rid of water weight. We will see on Monday! I figured I would blog while waiting on my best friend to skype me.
Last night I was so exhausted so I went to Jimmy Johns and ordered a #5 un-which with kickin' ranch sauce on the side. THAT HIT THE SPOT! And I didn't have to cook so that was good since I was just so worn out.
I am thinking tonight I will make chicken piccatta low carb style. I love that recipe. Well, as my best friend is learning about me (we have gotten in touch with each other after 20+ years of losing contact) I don't typically follow recipes. I play in the kitchen and use SP to concoct recipes that work for me. So, although I have made this before I will be using SP to write it out to see what my macros are and see how much of it I can have to work with what I have on the carb manager app.
I have been checking my ketones with ketone strips. I am in ketosis! That means weight loss soon.
Ok, goals for this weekend:
DRINK MORE WATER aiming for a gallon a day
Stay on fast schedule
Eat correctly for my carb manager plan
Do an upper body & ab work out
Toss around the 25 lb slam ball and do squats with my husband or kids
Prep food so I can organize my frig and freezers better
SLEEP somehow some way
Clean my house
TRY to fix my coffee maker emoticon
Do laundry
Start teaching my 15 year old son about the car and driving

Ok, here is last night's dinner:

#5 un which from Jimmy John's with kickin' ranch sauce. I also had hard boiled eggs and sugar free jello!
