I am wishing you the absolute emoticon !!! I know how difficult it is to walk when you are in pain, but there are ways to get around this and still keep moving. You have some good suggestions here. Just do what you can to keep moving.

I have found walking with my walker is good, as it is set right so I can stand upright and stride correctly. I go no faster than 2mph to be sure, and when I need to stop for a brief respite I can do so with my walker-cum-sitter. hahaha

I'm sorry you are hurting so much. Still praying for you.

Try the Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone videos - they are easy enough for anyone to do and you can go at your own pace.

Start with her 1 mile walks until you feel you can tackle more.
You can go to YouTube and look for the Walk Away The Pounds videos - many are posted in full - 1 mile = 15 minutes. So if the time says 15 minutes, it's a full video.

You can do it! It's how I lost back in 2008 only I bought them all back then, now you can find them on YouTube.
