Monday - time to track!

So I take weekends (Sat and Sun) off from tracking. This allows me a break from logging every little thing and allows me to have some things that are hard to track. Some say this is not the best way, but for me, it makes this doable for another week. Then another. I’m all about something I can do forever bc this isn’t a diet for me. It’s a lifestyle change. Let’s get em!!
