Monday! I woke up at 1 am wide awake. I tried for the next 4 hours to go back to sleep. Didn't really work because I was hot. Husband had the same issue. Not sure what was going on there. The electric guy came today to change the gas meter. Nothing special just a new one that is the same as the last one. Husband took the day off to deal with that guy. I shopped around for a new water softener. I found one so I am hoping to go pick that up today. Husband is not too excited about putting that in. He is KING of procrastination. And that bugs the life out of me. And since he didn't sleep well, he is being not so nice and taking it out on me. Never mind I didn't sleep well either. But, I am just going to let him roll off my back.

No gym yesterday or today. I will go back on Wednesday. I did weigh in today at 187.2 lbs. So still going down and still doing well.

Last night's dinner was chicken picatta. And I enjoyed it very much. So did everyone else.
Tonight's dinner will be Beef Bacon Blue Cheese salad.

Chicken picatta. Breaded chicken cutlet with just parm/Romano cheese. Baked, and in a pot I mixed butter, mushrooms, artichokes, capers, garlic and lemon juice. Spooned the mix over the cutlet. I added a couple lemon slices and parsley to garnish. Delish!
