Kinda quiet today, have things on my mind.
Last night's dinner was BBB salad (beef bacon blue cheese). This has become a weekly salad. We tend to love salads in our house. This one had your choice of greens, beef cut of your choice, that night we added tomato, blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing.
Always delish!



Tonight I am making sausage and cheese stuffed portabella mushroom caps and stuffed sweet poppers. A really rich dinner but will be yummy. I will most likely have sugar free jello for desert. I also have an ice coffee set aside for the break of my fast. I have in it, Salted caramel bold black coffee, 2 T of heavy cream, 2 T of collagen, and 3 T of benefiber. I see this as a treat too.
A look at my goal... I have lost 52.8 lbs so far and I have 67 more lbs to go to hit my first huge goal. Oh my goodness I just realized I was twice the size I should have been to be healthy. Wow, two of me. Or who I was or will be again. Wow. I am getting there but have quite a journey to go! Stay with it! Stick to it! You are doing it!
