(Realized I posted this on community board instead of blog so copying to save here for yesterday). A but distracted during this morning’s workout but still got it done. Listening to Mark Hyman’s Eat Fat, Get Thin for inspiration. It’s a gloomy day outside but so far that hasn’t effected my energy level. Yesterday I got so busy that I missed a meal! That hasn’t happened in a long time. Doubled up on supper but couldn’t make up the calories so we will just try fresh today. Today’s goal: Avoid Snacking.
