Frustrated. Pulled a muscle in my back...again. Frustrated that this always happens when I’m most motivated to return to lifting weights. I’ve even kept it light to gradually build up. Ugh. Just treadmill today. Starting to figure out a food routine though so that should help.

    Welcome to SparkPeople! But take care of yourself! There are some articles on SparkPeople about exercise injuries and how to deal with that. Remember we didn't gain all our weight overnight so we have to be easier on ourselves starting a new exercise program! (I know, easier said then done, because sometimes I get to going like gangbusters and end up wrecking myself worse!!). I feel for you!!

    Maybe you could work on supporting muscles snd forego forward flexion ...That works for me. I have weak glutes, specifically gluteus medius and found plenty of help online.
