I did not get the chance to get on SP yesterday. It was a little .... hectic. I was faced with a couple challenges. Well three that I can think of. #1 I have someone in my life where I will not miss a phone call from. This is my choice and I am not changing that choice because of circumstances. Well anyway, he has a major knack for calling me when I am at the gym. So I stop my work out go talk then go back to my work out. Well, that happened yesterday. The minute I started my work out "ring ring!" And I did answer it and he apologized of course but we talked then he eventually said he would call back when I was done. So I missed cardio AGAIN. BUT I did upper body and I am sore today. So I got what was originally planned in yesterday. Today is a day off the gym. I need to fit cardio in on Monday or Tuesday because Wednesday is cardio, Thursday is lower body, Friday is Cardio and Saturday is upper body.

So, yesterday's upper body was different. I benched 45# bar+ 30# 10 times, 45# bar+ 40# 8 times, 6 times. Pulldowns 40#, 50#, 60# ten each. Row 40#, 50#, 60# ten each. Shoulder press (I loath anything above shoulder cuz it is soooo uncomfortable) 25# ten. bicep curl 50#, 60#, 60# ten each. Another bicep curl 50# ten, ten, five. Then I was done.

Lets see... Two nights ago my dinner was.....BURGERS!

Yesterday when I got home from gym and coffee (which starbucks put WAY TOO MUCH cream in my americano) My neighbor had made chili and gave a family size portion to me. So the guys ate that and I had bacon and eggs. So that was challenge #2 pass up on the chili because I don't know what is in it, but I did see beans and right now I can not have that. Besides I had felt bad for drinking all that cream in the coffee. I think from now on I will order it straight and add my own cream at home. Today I am making my own. We were just out and it was beautiful so we sat out side and had coffees. It was nice. So maybe that was my 3 challenges? I didn't take a pic of the bacon and eggs....everyone knows what that looks like.

Today is usually a family day where my boys come over and I feed them and we visit. I haven't heard anyone is coming over. But I plan to make sausage and cabbage. It is kind of nasty out today. I am down to 185 lbs even for a few days now. I am having a really hard time exercising patience.

I need to find a dress so I will be measuring myself and looking online. I have a romantic boho wrap type flowing dress in mind. Hope I can find one and one that fits! I was talking yesterday I am going to have to start buying some new clothes here and there. It scares me frankly because each designer's size is different and if I try on one size because it is the size lower than I have been wearing at home that is falling off me and the new piece of clothes at the new size I can't get over my hips but should fit me based on the sizes I have been wearing...Oh that will be a big blow. And it scares me.

I fell off the wagon with checking in on my water challenge. But I have been drinking.

    How you have a calm & serene day. Don't let the designer sizes mess w/ you. Ck the on line chart for each garment measurement, & don't buy if not given. Some may still not be right, simply return it.🐨
