October Goals

Entering into the last 12 weeks of 2019 and the last 90 days. Last year I followed Rachel Hollis Last 90 day Challenge and decided to give it a go again this year. The 5 to Thrive she listed did give me a jump start into 2019 and although I hit quite a few stumbling blocks throughout the year, I'm still determined to keep pushing my way through to achieve my goals.

For the month of October I'll also be following Dr. Ian Smith offered a ABY (A Better You) challenge (eating/fitness plan) which will help with 2 of the 5 to Thrive. emoticon
