Well, I didn't sleep the best but I did sleep. I BROKE MY PLATEAU!!! ANDDDDDD! My fasting blood sugar was 85!!!!! That means I weighed in at 184.6 and I get to lower my insulin today by 10 units. That is one good way to wake up and start the day and a great motivator to make sure to get to the gym and stick to what I have been doing.
We had tornadoes around here last night. Hopefully I can get to where I need to be this morning because they say the roads are rivers. COLD today but could be colder.
I am going to make chicken wings tonight with fresh veggies for the sides and maybe some blue cheese dip for those veggies. Not quite sure how I am going to make those wings. I can think of lemon pepper, naked and Parmesan. I do mainly low carb so if anyone knows any other ideas for wings let me know please. I do have salt and vinegar pork rinds I could grind up and bread them in. Hmmmm oh the possibilities.
Wow we got almost 5 inches of rain in the past 24 hours. Not to mention what we got the days before when it was raining. AND more rain today. Is someone out there doing a rain dance????
