Day 2 of the Last 90 Day Challenge:
Up early for my quiet time, journaling & devotional. Decided to add meditation to my mornings. So far so good. Working on getting in half my body weight in oz of water today & sticking to my eating plan.
Also logging foods. I've been horrible with this. 30 min workout tonight while my kid has football practice.
