Food group - 2 days down of no junk food. Sticking to it.
Today's quote is so true. I find myself asking that over and over lately. How bad to I want this? To finally accomplish one goal this year. Because I'll admit. Outside of just getting through the day. I haven't checked off anything for 2019 goals. Sad but true.
So I'm giving myself this final push. Using this challenge to gain momentum that will continue to push into 2020. Ready to check off some goals!
