Wow, the days are really flying by! It is the 5th already!

Well I did not make it to the gym Friday OR Saturday. BUT! I did walk alot today! 8,146 steps today. I personally think it was more than that because sometimes my phone doesn't register all my steps. My back has been hurting the past few days so it is probably a good thing to rest it a bit. I called one of my sons to ask if he wanted to go to the gym Sunday. He said yes, so we will all go. The guys can get their lifting done, I can do an upper body work out and some cardio and maybe take advantage of the hydro bed for my back!

I had an unwhich last night again. I had gotten an extra one but didn't eat it so I had that tonight. This time I cut it up like a salad to make it a little bit different. It was still yummy.

I call it The Vito Salad.

I got a couple of beef chuck roasts today. I am going to put them in the slow cooker in the morning. Season them up with some Ranch powder, Worcestershire and butter. If we don't eat it all then I have great left overs for the rest of the week. I look forward to all that!

Well, I still have a ton of stuff to do. And I am beat. Warm covers and my pillow are really sounding good tonight!
