Sunday today. I called my oldest son to see if he wanted to join me at the gym today. He said sure. He is struggling with his weight too. So I figured I would encourage better health. We all went to the gym today. I was looking to do upper body (yuck!) and maybe some cardio if I didn't feel like I made up Friday's missed cardio. Well Saturday I walked quite a bit and my legs are sore, so I ended up counting that as my missed cardio on Friday. I did upper body. I pushed myself with extra weight on top of what I did last time. I told someone that went with me that I need them to go weight by weight with me for upper body. Like we used to do. I do what I'm supposed to do but feel like I am not holding myself accountable with it, even though maybe I am. I feel like I get a better upper body work out when I have someone doing it with me and we take turns rather than us going our separate ways and me just doing what I have on my phone to do. I get to each station, look up in my phone what I did last time- then up it- do it, then record on my phone what I did this time. I do this with all stations. That way I have some kind of reference to check on next time.
Tonight we had beef pot roast and salad/raw veggies. I didn't take a pic cuz I was wanting to eat.
