Food cravings and random thoughts

It has become difficult for me to write down my food cravings. Not because I don't want to but I simply don't think about it. I get hungry I go eat. No matter if dinner is 30 min away.
Looking back I craved soup yesterday so I ate soup. it was healthy chicken pot pie soup that has about 100 calories per cup. Which I added some leftover stir fry vegetables for more vegetables. So I consider that a win. did stay within my calorie budget yesterday so that is a good thing.
I am determined to unpack from the family road trip this past weekend.
I also want to make some cinnamon raisin bagels with my daughter and maybe some whole wheat rolls for breakfasts.
