I really had to motivate myself to follow through with going to the gym and doing cardio this morning. I had two days off the gym in a row. I needed to go do this for myself. I am tired. All the stress and long driving and no sleep then working out on top of it. I'm tired. I know my body needs rest. I think I will try to sneak a nap in before I am on the go again in 3 hours.
I am proud of myself that A) I went to the gym to do cardio today. B) when I got a phone call half way through I answered and said I can only text, got back on and resumed my workout. C) I did 10 miles in under an hour.
I had a burger no bun with veggies last night from Burger King. I log my food so I make sure to stay on track. I am really going to try to just eat at home before I leave again tonight. That way I wont feel like I am doing something wrong eating the stuff that is available in the area I will be at again.
Ok, going to try to nap.
