A change

After reviewing this week, I decided not to try and sit here and try to find food to replace the unhealthy cravings. It actually made my cravings worse. So I decided to pick up a hobby instead of focusing on what I'm eating. Something I learned when I quit smoking was I needed to do something with my hands. So I'm on a pursuit for a new (or revisit an old) hobby. My first thought is embroidery. I used to do it a lot but I've let it fall by the wayside. However, I may go a total different route. I'm going by the library today to see what Sparks my interest.
