Fourth week of losses in a row today, yay, fat down, muscle up !!
Lovely cloudy day today, green grass turning brown for summer, winter creek dried up. Beauty bothered by flies. She stays under her tree most of the day and comes out at dusk. The grass is getting high, she needs to eat more :).
Last Sunday, the neighbour came knocking in the morning saying a tree had fallen so we chopped it all up and piled it up for next years burning.
It was hard work and helped my loss this week I am sure.
Thanks to everyone for their kind words last week, I love to be an encourager, it was overwhelming to be on the receiving end of so many lovely responses to my blog.
Back of the head of Mr E :), sneaky eh? look how he has grown.
As for the knitting I am using my Calistoga pattern (it has become a favourite) to make a vest in graduating colours, it lends itself to easy colour changes. Also the Spring lap rug is having squares crocheted to be put together.
We also had a visit from a Blue Tongued Lizard, he was in the garage, Hubby coaxed him into a box with a snail, which he refused. Then we popped him into the garden :) gorgeous colours he had.
Another week lies ahead with all its hope and joy to come.
Thanks for stopping by, lots of hugs
