Day 1 of the 28 day Bootcamp Workout Challenge

The last week or so I have realized that while I haven't completely gone back to my old ways of eating whatever and not doing anything to help myself either lose some of this extra baggage I have stalled big time.
The Action Plan for this week is to set goals, take a before picture, do 1-10 min toning video each day this week, do 5 cardio sessions this week, track the exercise and food for the week.
Looking back, I did much better at keeping myself accountable when I blogged every day.
