I Have a Plan and Progressing!

Today, I decided to come back to SP. I've been away for awhile. I struggle daily with my weight. I'm always seeking the answer to my problems with food and my weight. Now, I've had a couple of successful days and am seeing a change on the scale. I was at 250.6...today at 248.6. It's nice to be out of the 250's. I have been hanging out in that range for awhile and am glad to see it in the rearview mirror now.
I am hopeful this new weight will stick and not just "be gone" tomorrow. I think I have a good eating plan right now. I'm just trying to eat three meals a day, with no snacks. I am not logging my meals. I am not restricting what types of food I am eating, but I am cognizant of what I am eating and have a pretty good idea of where I am landing as far as calories consumed. After logging meals for so long, I am very aware of my calorie counts, etc.
It is nice not logging and not restricting the type of food I am eating. There is less pressure and more freedom. I am hopeful that, because of this, I will be able to do this long-term which is what I need in order to lose all the weight I have to lose.
We are in the process of looking for a new home and getting our house ready to sell so there is a lot of work to do. I think this will serve well as my exercise plan for now.
