Things are a changing!

I've been going to IV Therapy x2/day for the last 3 days. It's been hard getting up early in the morning and going all day until really late at night. Normally, I'd order a pizza (large of course) and scarf down the whole thing as a "quick meal". I'd then spend the next day or two berating myself for what I did.
This time, it's been different. I make a conscious effort to eat healthy meals. Sometimes they're simply; some bit of protein and vegges or a sandwich with carrots and an apple. I consider this a HUGE win for me.
Fitness activity is pretty much all day moving and walking to and from the hospital. I have also discovered a few exercise routines online (YouTube) and am excited to try them out.
Perhaps, one the best things to come out of this journey thus far is that my back pain has all but gone. YAY! I cannot believe that two weeks ago, I was given hydromorphone to help with the pain and was not able to go to work a few days because the pain was so bad. I even thought I might have spinal cancer! Yet, with the healthy eating and exercise I can almost do cartwheels down the hallway - almost.
I'm so glad I was "forced" the make healthier lifestyle choices based on my health issues. I cannot wait to see what happens in the future
