Day 2 of the 28 day Bootcamp Workout Challenge

This morning I slept in. The first time in a long time that I have been able to do this. Last night we had friends and family in for dinner, turkey and all the trimmings plus carrot cake for dessert. I enjoyed myself and really didn't over indulge. I maybe shouldn't have had 3 glasses of wine but otherwise my portions were good.

Today is a rainy day. Hubby and kids are still sleeping. I'm going to head out in a bit for a walk around the neighbourhood. It's almost getting to that time of the year to start walking inside.

Yesterday's Stats

Steps: 3671 - had my fitbit off for 4 hours while I was working in the kitchen with turkey
Floors: 6
