My mid week check-in

The finding something to do with my hands instead of eating at night has worked so far. I never did clean my room or find my embroidery but I have been reading at night. Also, if the cravings get real bad I find a shower really helps. I think it's the ambient noise. It's not been easy as people have brought in chocolate covered doughnuts, neopolitan ice cream, and a peach cobbler. I have resisted it all. However, my brother in law also brought in lots of lettuce, celery, and yogurt. Somebody else finally brought broccoli. I have discovered I really like broccoli.
Having the healthier food options really helps too.
I lost a half-pound at my mid-week weigh-in. I had trouble waiting the full week for weigh in so I allowed myself one extra weigh in on Tuesdays.
I also learned this week. I do not like info graphics. I won't do them. So on the 28 day challenges that have info graphics, I learned to pop in my favorite workout video instead. As long as I am moving for the required amount of time is what matters to me.
I know today was a little sporadic in thought, not enough sleep or coffee, I guess.
