Taking care of me!

Tuesday, October 15, 2019

Lately I have been a much needed path of self discovery both emotionally and physically. I am trying to re-teach my self that it is OK to take care of me before anyone else. Its hard. I am not even sure where to start, if I have started? I do know that it will be a hard long journey, but it is much need and deserved. Self love and care are the best thing I can do for myself.

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. And remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. It takes time, determination, motivation and support. You can get it all right here! If you don't take care of yourself you can't take care of anyone else. If I can help in anyway, feel free to reach out to me! You can do it! We are here to help! Welcome and get active on this site. emoticon

It all begins someplace and you just started there. Sp is the way to do it.

We want to remember it took us a few years to put our weight on and it comes off a little at a time, just like it went on. People get frustrated with it not coming off faster than we put it on. But with consistent focus on doing what we are told on SP we will hit our objective. Like many things it just wont get there overnight.

Make sure you make one of your most focused goals you water intake. Myself, when I hit plateaus its because I am not doing the water correct. I found using a reminder on my phone to be very helpful in making sure I keep on track with the water

This is such a good point to remember for all of us. I donโ€™t know why so many of us donโ€™t automatically start with self care as a basic foundation for living our daily lives. Glad youโ€™re figuring it out. ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒฑโ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒธ

This has been my problem, but for the most part I have conquered it. You must love yourself and put yourself first before I had any success. My family would take me down. I do my exercise, eat clean and I am happier. I love them but now they respect me emoticon b/c I say no to their demands.
