Well My best friend had talked about chaffles last week. I told her I would try them this past weekend and forgot. So I got the bug to experiment today. So I Made Chaffles! I made a pumpkin spice one, a italian one, and a lemon ginger one. All turned out pretty impressive! I gotta say I am pretty blown away by the texture! Life changer!

I use a regular belgium waffle maker, like the ones in hotels. I use 2 large eggs and one cup of shredded cheese as a base. Then for the pumpkin spice one I added pumpkin spice and sweetener. For the italian one, I added italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, red pepper flakes. For the lemon ginger one I added lemon extract and powdered ginger.

Fun to play with and so many possibilities!

I have been working out at home. I do 50 crunches, 30 forward, 20 left 20 right. I do leg abductions for lower abs. I do 50 of those. 50 hip thrusts. 50 upper leg lifts per leg and 50 inner leg lifts per leg. And some stretching. It is tougher than it sounds.

I am struggling with if I will go to the gym tomorrow or not. I am debating to take a week off the gym and just work out at home and do less weights and cardio for a week.
