I did it! I got into the 170's! I am so happy for myself. For the first time I actually feel like this just might happen.
I have been messing around with chaffles. Tonight I made the italian chaffle and a salad with taco sauce for dressing.
I pushed myself today. I didn't want to go to do cardio but I did and I made sure it counted.
That is 59 minutes 59 seconds (the bike only goes that far on time) . 10.58 miles! and 327 calories burned!! I am planning to do this again tomorrow. Then I just have to find time to do upper and lower body weights.
