So major steps this week and a small step back. I survived the sweets week. I didn't eat one doughnut. They hunters in our family enjoy them though. I think I'll bake some banana bread today instead. So they can have a slightly healthier option on the way out the door. Instead I had 1/2 raisin cinnamon bagels with cream cheese when I really needed something sweet to chew. I make my own that have less calories and fat than store bought. And when I wanted peach cobbler and ice cream. I'd head for the peach yogurt. I actually prefer the peach yogurt now because ice cream seems to make my tummy feel funny. The other thing I'm thankful for is my son is finally getting his school work mostly done in a day. I broke up one of subjects so he wasn't so overwhelmed, and changed the order in which he worked from easier subject to hardest subject. The opposite of the way I would do it.
