Feel good with my wt lost this year

I started back on low carb in May and then started on Nutrisystem July 4 and ordered food for 2 months. I then just started back to logging my food here. Since my heaviest in Jan I am happy to say I have lost 41 pounds so far this yr. I always return here to log my food. My go to snacks are plain Greek yogurt and a fruit cup with no added sugar and the Fiber one protein bars. Nutrisystem had the non starchy veggies as free so now I always keep 2 or 3 cooked veggies on hand in the frig. I dont get to the store but 2x a month so my freezer is well stocked with veggies. Earlier this week I made a veggie soup. Our weather is cooler and I just wanted soup and a peanut butter sandwich like I ate when I was a little girl . Put half in the freezer to have later. Just watching my calorie intake and I am losing wt every week. When I feel like this is a losing battle now I just pull up my weekly wt graph here and it makes me feel so much better to know I was here when I started and here now (I am a visual kind of person). So grateful for finding SP and I tell anyone who asks how I am losing wt and I always say SP and plenty of nonstarchy veggies.
