Day 2 for Challenge 3: Lisbon, Portugal 5,397 Miles & Portion Control/Measures & Nutrition Tracking
emoticon Day 4 of Spark Coach. I did 5 of the 70 nutrition rules already today, besides measuring everything I've eaten. emoticon emoticon
It amazes me how much my portions are distorted! emoticon
Portion Distortion for sure! How long does it take to learn this? It's hard, but worth it for me!

I also changed my start page to show how I planned my day.

Thanks to some of my SP friends that wrote about doing this.
I've been on SP for a while now and didn't know about it. emoticon emoticon
