I got off of the Merry Go Round

The merry go round of dieting. I'm sure some of you have heard of it..... eat healthy Monday through Thursday then Friday comes along and sabotage begins all weekend long.... Monday arrives again and it's back to Sparkling ...healthy this, healthy that....around and around.

Over a year ago July 2018 I decided I had enough of this ride of feeling guilty, bloated, unhappy with weekend choices. I needed to change my eating habits. I knew if I continued to make weekends my eat whatever I want because I ate healthy all week long kind of weekends I would never reach my goals. I had to start loving my body, myself and I had to get off this ride and leave that word diet behind.



Since then I lost weight, lost guilt, sadness and that bloated feeling from eating not so healthy and drinking too much wine or beer. emoticon



I eat healthy. I don't drink alcohol....and haven't since July 3rd 2018. emoticon emoticon Weekends to me are just like weekdays. I'm healthy, happy and living a life I enjoy every day. I have no desire to get back on that merry go round ride again.



If you find yourself on this kind of merry go round diet leave it you'll be happy you did. Begin now and do your best....you are worth it! emoticon
